Semi-automatic packing Line machine composition：
1.Vibration hopper
For feeding the tomatoes to the conveyor.

2000mm for inspection conveyor ,304SS rolls,can drop some leaves ,0.4kw motor，VFD control .
3.Inclined conveyor
For conveying the tomatoes to the multihead weigher.
4. Multihead weigher
For weighing your target weight.
5.Working Platform
For supporting the multihead weigher and for better cleaning.
6.Timing hopper with dispenser
Reduce collision between products, for overweight discharge.
7.Filling conveyor
Convey the clamshell to filling position, and filling the clamshell , and send out to manual closing the cap.
8.Control box
For controlling the whole system.
