The super large platform customized by our Australian customer is completed.The size of this platform is (L)3*(W)3*(H)2.55m. Like a handsome boy standing in our workshop.
It is designed according to the customer’s packaging machine and the size required by the customer.
In order to facilitate transportation, this large platform is spliced by two platform surfaces. In order to be stronger and more stable, two legs were added at the joint, and we increased the size and steel thickness of the six legs.
There are guard rails around the entire platform and there is also a staircase for safety.
In packaging systems, platforms are usually used to place multi-head weigher. In order to reduce noise and dust, some customers will also increase the size of the platform guardrail and seal the platform with acrylic panels.
In order to transport the products, the customer purchased a Z shape bucket conveyor at the same time. The customer placed an unloading rack above the storage hopper of the conveyor, so after communication, we designed the size of the conveyor according to the size of the unloading rack. In order to reduce manpower input, we have increased the size of the storage silo according to customer requirements, so that more materials can be stored.
We support customized machines, and can design machine sizes and functions according to the specific needs of customers. Our conveyor can be used to transport materials and come in two main styles. The Z shape conveyor is suitable for transporting granular products, such as rice, candy, nuts,coffee bean etc., and the inclined conveyor is suitable for transporting larger-sized and moisture-laden materials, such as potatoes, chicken, frozen food,vegetable, fruits etc. We will recommend suitable products according to the customer’s materials
