Case Show For Laundry Pods Bag and Box Packing System

This is a project show for laundry pods bag and box packing . It includes:take off conveyor that transporting the pods from laundry pods making machine;flow cylinder conveyor for transporting the pods to vibrating hopper ;Vibrating hopper for storaging the pods ; Z shape bucket conveyor for transporting the pods to multihead weigher; Multihead weigher for weighing the weight and counting the piece; working platform for supporting the multihead weigher; Timing hopper with dispenser for collecting the pods and discharging the pods; rotary packing machine for packing the premade bag and sealing the bag; Check weigher for checking the finished bag weight; Conveyor line for conveying and filling the box;control box for controlling the conveyor line; It is a whole

packing line both for bags and boxes.

When you want to do bags packing , you can turn on the rotary packing system; When you want to do box filling, you can turn on the box packing line; But it can not use them at one time. If your budget limited , you can use this line.

Now we are testing this packing line in our factory. We will test  all the bag sizes and packing speed for customer before shipment. Then taking the running video to customer to check if it is ok. If the customer says ok, we can arrange the packing and shipment.

This packing line will export to Belarus . They let the thirty party auditor to check their machines before shipment. The auditor checked every points for the machines. While there are some small problems they find, but we will check every point ,and try our best to solve it. We hope that we can bring the best service to every customer.We also hope that our machines can be used well in the customers factory and bring good profit to them.
