In the past 3 years, due to the epidemic, our overseas after-sales service has been limited, but this does not affect our ability to serve every customer well. We also adjusted the after-sales service system in time and adopted online one-on-one service, which has received good feedback.We have received support from many customers who also agree with our approach.We are very grateful to every customer for their support.
In 2023, in order to give customers a better purchasing experience, we will restart overseas after-sales service. We have prepared visas for several countries, visits and after-sales services to our customers.Our engineers will be arranged to go to Russia, Sweden, the United States, Vietnam, South Korea and other countries.Now our engineer is in Russia .He will serve two customers there, one is for hardware packing system, one is for laundry pods packing system.Then ,we will arrange them to Sweden for bottle filling weighing packing system.After that, there are about 10 customers in USA, he will stay about 20 days for different customers.Then going to Vietnam for hardware box filling packing system. There is a distributor in South Korea, he wants us to give him support.Our engineers will assist customers in building machines, debugging machines, training machine using and machine maintenance.At the same time, it can also solve the problems encountered by customers.Later, we will arrange engineers to go to more countries for face-to-face after-sales service, such as Canada, South Africa,Thailand ,Netherland ,German,etc.
As long as the customer needs it, we will try our best to arrange it.In the past, our services have been well received by customers, and I believe that our service can be liked by more customers.We will do our best to serve our customers well.
