Recently, ZON PACK welcomed many foreign customers to inspect the factory. That includes customers from Finland,which is interested in and has ordered our multihead weigher to weigh salads.
According to the customer’s salad samples, we made the following customization of the multihead weigher：
1.Increase the feeding basin;
2.Increases the taper of main vibration plate;
3.Line vibration plate tilt 10 degrees;
4.Increases the taper of chute;
5.The surface is processed with pattern plate,except the chute.Because the chute of the pattern plate is easy to block material with the salad with water;
6.If the total length of the salad is greater than 10cm, the standard 10 heads are not suitable, large multihead weigher(such as ZH-AL10 or ZH-AL14) are needed.
