Technical Feature
1.All the product and pouch contact parts are made with stainless steel or the material according with the food hygienic requirements, guarantee hygiene and security of the food.
2.Adopt PLC intelligent programming and touch screen control, convenient and simple to use and set up.
3.There is a cover missing alarm prompting function to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the equipment.
4.The overall appearance material is mainly made of stainless steel 304, with a thickness of 1.2mm.
5.The plexiglass material is made of imported acrylic, with a thickness of 10mm, high-end atmosphere.
6.The speed of cap swivel is fast, compared with the normal claw capping machine, the speed of cap swivel can be increased by 3-4 times, and effectively prevent bottle body pulling, cap breakage and other problems；
7.It can be used individually, and can also be used in automatic mechanical packaging production line with filling, sealing, labeling and other equipment.
8.Simply adjust the distance between the belt, the cap wheel and the height of the frame to suit the various specifications of the bottle in the applicable range without changing the parts.
