ZH- BA Vertical Packing Machine with Auger Filler is suitable for the automatic packing of powder products,such as milk powder,coffee powder,protein powder,white flour and so on.It can make pillow bag,gusset bag,punch hole bag these kinds of bags made by roll film.
Technical Feature
1.Automatically including products conveying,measuring,filling,bag-making,date-printing and finished product outputting.
2.PLC from SIEMENS is adopted, the control system is easy to operated and run stably.
3.Perfect alarm system to make problem solved quickly.
4.Machine will alarm when the air pressure is abnormal and stop working with overload protect and safety device.
5.If the bag size are in the machine’s range,that need only change the bag former,that means can use one packing machine to make different bag size.
6.Have many type machine,can make roll film width between 320mm-1050mm.
7.Adopting advanced bearing, where no need to add oil and less pollution for product.
8.All the product and contact parts are made with stainless steel or the material according with the food hygienic requirements, guarantee hygiene and security of the food.
9.Machine has special device for powder products,avoid the powder in the top of the bag,make the bag sealing better.
10. Machine can work with complex film, PE, PP material roll film.
